i do not know this little girl here but her story and her lovely smile makes my heart break. she's Charmaine. 3 yrs 7 months old.
she's diagnosed with neuroblastoma 4th stage and is currently going thru chemo at KK hospital.



they need donations from us so yeah, lets just help to spread this around and hope this little girl gets better each day!
